Summary: Aesop Rock
Comment: I like the idea of this track. The beat was descent, but the lyrics were ill as always. Aesop will never have a downfall.

Comment: The most intresting MC right now is back with new material. I like that he's so productive and still able to keep such a high quality on everything he does. This is his second project on Def Jux and, finally, we get to hear Aesop rhyme over beatlayers signed El-Producto. It's the perfect marriage. Aesop well thoughtout poems over El-P's spaced out soundlayers. The only thing I can complain about is that the beat takes the overhand. This sounds more like an El-P track then a Aesop Rock track and I don't think that was what they're aiming for.

Summary: What Do You Expect?
Comment: To start, someone on this site besides me is giving Ace Rock the respect he deserves (best MC). If you think Sage is better I won't argue too much but besides him no one even comes close. I think he's better than Sage for these two reasons 1) He's put out more great songs. 2) His great songs tend to be better than Sages. El-P drops a perfect beat for Ace to rip, I think the heaviness in El-P's beats bring out the best in Ace's voice (not to say that Blockhead isn't great to me he's the most underrated producer out). Basically this song is great. One day Def Jux will run the world.

Summary: All Hail The King Of Fallen Angels
Comment: Aesop Rock is the best MC out right now and if you donít think so the then you must be brain dead. El-Pís production and Aesop's lyrics fit like peanut butter and jelly, Sid and Nancy, etc. This is dope.

Summary: I Have A Hard Time Finding Anything Wrong
Comment: I completely enjoy this track. I had a hard time finding anything wrong with it at all. Even Vast Aire's portrayal of a homeless war veteran between verses is very entertaining. I have found that some of the Def Jux material is a little too alternative for me, but on this joint everything comes together real well.
