Comment: wtf.. all you people dissin this tune are suckers.. First of all the illmind junglist, if you say "I mean the lyrics are lacking way to much, they just spit lines they heard from other songs back in the day and put them in thier song." why do you think it's called hip hop quotables ?? I think this beat is sick and a definite club banger, plus a.g. is making this tune go bananaz with his super cool lyrics. I'm lovin' it !!

Comment: Man, this song would be a cool little club banger but these fools comin like some wack writers block kinda suckers. I mean the lyrics are lacking way to much, they just spit lines they heard from other songs back in the day and put them in thier song. Totally wack lyrically. It's a shame to waste a J Dilla beat like this.

Comment: Dilla drops a awesome club beat for you head bangas. But A.G doesn't deliver lyrically. If you want satisfaction, get the instrumental.

Comment: I am not feeling all the Shark Bitin' from this dude. All the singing, Beat is annoying. Why is everyone trying to act so hard. AG = ACT GRIMEY. Rhyme did fall off the track.

Comment: I'm not your usual Dilla dillz rider- but heat, is heat. And A.G is still not tight, get this one just for the instrumental.

Comment: …Another interesting collaboration out of the legendary D.I.T.C camp; this time pitting NYs finest A.G alongside the production of the criminally slept on J Dilla. An interesting and skilfully delivered concept track, “Hip Hop Quotable” does what it says on the tin, so to speak, with A.G merging a series of classic hip hop quotables with a few of his own thrown in for good measure. The production on this shouldn’t really require a lot of explanation; it’s just on some straightforward Dilla club type shit, you should already know.
