Comment: Underground, one verse mixtape sh*t. Beats work too. Feeling the lyrics, but this joint is basically on fast forward for common listeners.

Summary: Dope From The 1st To The Last Second
Comment: “You don't got to show me no love cuz love is blind, but as long as the hate is visible, I continue the ritual.” I think it's fair to say that Shid did a fine job on both tracks holdin’ the tightness of his flows within the level of dopeness that J-ZONE's beats bring forward!

Comment: B-Side to the single “MATH,” “The Big Hit” is decent production but I've heard a lot better from J-Zone. Al-Shid holds his own in the realm of murder rap, gun-talk. Overall, this track is fastforward bedtime material compared to Side A-which may go down in the books as some of the greatest from Old Maid. For some straight classic sh*t- highly recommend the remake of the Geto Boys "My Minds Playin Tricks On Me"(DJ Mekalek Mix CD).

Comment: This will be a new, but hard to accept style for people. I think it’s nice, but definitely different.

Comment: This song sounds like lazy, but I like J-Zone and all but this beat sucks. I've heard way better from J. I thought, and think, that Al-Shid is not hype and like always, nothing extraordinary with him. Just Bad!

Comment: Didn't like that other track but I never said it’s wack. Those loony toon samples are dope!

Summary: This Is More Like It
Comment: Al-Shid redeems himself after a pretty sub-par showing on "M.A.T.H.". "The Big Hit" features typically good J-Zone production, a very busy and catching chorus and some pretty strong rhymes from Al-Shid. Al is a bit more charasmatic on this head-nodder. This song is worth the hard-earned cash.

Summary: What The Hell J
Comment: Wow, was I disappointed to hear this beat. J-Zone is dope, but this beat doesn't do him justice at all. Al-Shid just plain has nothing to say that’s important- though I liked the samples. Not recommended, this is weak.

Summary: This Beat Is Certified Hot
Comment: First things first - the beat is ridiculous. If your head isn't instantly nodding off of this than you have issues. It's not your typical J-Zone instrumental (which normally has many change up's and miscellaneous voice samples throughout), but rather a not-so-complicated beat that gets the job done perfectly. Al-Shid's flow over the beat compliments it well as his voice isn't overpowering which allows the beat to shine (as it should in this track).

Summary: Below Average Rhymes Over A Tired J-Zone Beat
Comment: As much as want to write a promising review for this track I just can't. Again as previously mentioned, Al-Shid just comes lazy with the rhymes over a shockingly monotonous J-Zone beat. I just can't recommend this 12" as much as I wanted to, being a huge fan of Zone. 5/10
