Summary: It's Likeable
Comment: This track is pretty tight, but I liked the regular one better. Don't get me wrong, RJD2 is still probably one of the best beatmakers out there, and I really like his material. I feel the other F-Word more because of the beat. The lyrics are tight though. RJD2 does have other really dope remixes to other songs though. I also feel the lyrics.

Comment: Man the beat is amazing (hence the 5 out of 5 score) and so are the lyrics (hence the 5 out of 5 score)....but together they don't really mix well, so I don't know really...I have to give it 5 out of 5 though due to the fact that both the beat and lyrics are amazing, but they just don't sound right together. Listen and see.

Comment: It seems there are too many artists in hip-hop who make love seem like nothing but sex and sex as just nothing in general, Cannibal Ox spit some intelligent, tasteful lyrics about falling in love with a female friend on the remix to "The F Word." The beat by RJD2 is incredibly, INCREDIBLY dope as it is very melodic, musical, and emotional. Some critcize Cannibal Ox for being too experimental, too over-their-head, but I wish more hip-hop groups would put out material like this. I have to give Cannibal Ox props for making hip-hop seem more like an art and as a musical genre that can be intelligent and emotional. Anybody with an open-mind and a love for hip-hop should give this a listen.

Summary: The Original Is Much Better!!!
Comment: This song is great, but nothing compares to the original. The words go right with the beat, and the beat is even better with the words.

Summary: Original Is A Classic. This Is Not
Comment: Why doesn't this site have the original in its audio sections? Don't get me wrong, RJD2 has skills, and this beat is aiight, but it can't f*ck with the original. The original cut's vibe matched the lyrics perfectly. I could ignore the lyrics, and actually feel the emotions that the beats were describing. That is production perfection. This one, though, the beat had nothing in common with the lyrics. Its vibe is totally on the other side of the spectrum. Instead of feeling that longing, and frustration, and even the love that the original beat conveyed, the remix just kept looping, and became unbearable. There is no soul in this cut. The melody just sounds like RJD2 was putting together sounds, and wasn't even the slightest bit concerned with whether they sounded good together. Don't listen to this if you have heard the original first!

Summary: Oh My God!!!
Comment: This song is heaven sent. It's f*cking perfect. The production, the lyrics. The Original F word was great, this remix makes that look like garbage. That's how good this song is!
