Comment: CYNE is sick. All 4 members compliment each other perfectly. Educated gifted minds shine throughout the ignorance.

Comment: Everytime I get the chance I like to come here and listen to this real shit! Been doing it for 2-3months as of now. There may be no group like CYNE that speaks knowledge and wisdom from the heart in every sentence.

Summary: These Cats Are Sick !

Summary: This Is Tight
Comment: The two lyricists, Cise Star & Akin, remind me a lil’ bit of Mos Def and Kweli as Black Star- most specifically on their track "Thieves In The Night." Though this song isn't nearly up to par with such greatness, it's a possibility that these cats will be up there with the great ones some day. Some real ish right here, ya heard?!

Summary: Perfection At Its Best
Comment: This is incredible! The Spanish guitar hits you first, then the acapella lyrics till the beat drops- all I can say is smooth and knowledge born. Ill as f*ck!

Summary: Raw Sample
Comment: I must say I have never heard of Cyne. This is the first track I’ve ever had the privilege to listen to. After hearing this I also checked out the other tracks on uugh.com. I am very impressed with Cyne. “400 Years” is for a lack of better words: rawness. Conscious lyrics, nice beat and a lovely guitar sample. The remix doesn't over power the lyrics as much as the original, yet the beat just makes it. A must listen. Pick up the 12"; I will be.

Comment: CYNE is a four-man group consisting of 2 emcees and 2 producers. The emcees are Cise Star & Akin, while the producers are Enoch & Speck. This is another release through Botanica Del Jibaro (Void, Evolver, Serum, etc.) and this song is mainly depicting the past of the African race & culture. Each emcee shows his emotion and compassion over the smooth instrumental. The production is blessed with a nice guitar sample and I love the tribal-influenced breakdown with the drums at the end. This is a solid joint aimed to please any music lover.
