Comment: "Blak Is Back" is a new one from everybody's favorite underground D.J. featuring Baby Blak. The beat is what will surely catch your attention on this one. The percussion is pugilistic to say the least. As for Blak he comes across monotone in a bad way and just seems to amalgamate with the track in a bad way. It's tight to say the least but nothing too revolutionary (pardon the pun).

Summary: Nice
Comment: The production on this track is well above mediocre, but I'm sorry to say that Baby Blak is a stock MC. There is nothing catchy about his rhymes except for his delivery (nice but 'Camronish'). As for being too critical goes... I thought that's what rating and opinionated statements were all about (being critical). This song is a decent listen though because of the nice wordplay towards the end.

Summary: I Mean Really
Comment: I think that both reviews of this joint are a little too critical. The beat is solid and personally, I think Blak reps Philly lovely. Don't hate on this, there's plenty of other herbs out there to be critical of. Revolution's consistency with the beats is pretty automatic, and I think Baby Blak definitely holds up his end of the bargain too. If you came to this site looking for some Underground Hip Hop, when you downloaded this song you got it.

Summary: Solid
Comment: Shit was peace. I liked the title, plus it's DJ Revolution so I had to check it. Never heard of Baby Blak & I'm relieved that he's not another Underground Clown in Buster Browns. Solid track - I agree it's not ground breaking but it is solid.
