Summary: Two Thumbs Up
Comment: This is the first song I've heard from this cat Kenn Starr, and I'm already a fan. Can't wait until he drops more material. The lyrics are very intelligent and immensely honest, combined with a beat that is as nice as finding 100 bucks on the ground.

Comment: Kenn Starr is bringing the heat with his newest single. I'm liking everything I hear from this cat. Kevin Brown is on the boards and he blesses Kenn with a nice little piano loop. Look out for Kenn Starr, he's gonna do some big things.

Summary: Damn, Don't Sleep!
Comment: As it is, I'm a sucker for piano sampled beats, & this one doesn't disappoint. Kenn Starr is "Walking the Walk" with his lyrics, & I also agree with Smudge in that Kev Brown is truly proving himself as one of the top up comming producers! This is an overall great hip hop track! You must peep it!

Comment: This joint is crazy...I had never heard of Kenn Starr until the 7Heads compilation, but this dude is bringin' heat every time I hear him. With Kev Brown on the beat you can't go wrong. This song should be required listening for all these corny rappers out there who "talk the talk" but can't "walk the walk".

Summary: Another Dope Beat
Comment: Kev Brown is rapidly becoming one of my favourite producers out right now. His beat on Baby Blak's album "Economix" was extremely good. He also produced a couple of good beats on Biz's new album. This track follows in a similar way. Simple piano loop with a deep bass. I have to admit to have never heard of Kenn Starr but he spits 'keepin it real' lyrics which although is getting slightly played out still provides enough insightful subject matter. The lyrics though, are delivered well. Another dope beat by Kev Brown.
