Comment: A dope song to be sure, but even better when you consider that the beat is from a 1982 Laurie Anderson song where the pilot is narrating a plane crash. Its "From the Air" if you're interested.

Summary: He Speaks Nothing But The Truth
Comment: This track is pretty dope. Lif is straight up about everything on this track. Plus, the beat is ill. Another tight ass track from Mr. Lif!

Summary: Classic Hip Hop
Comment: We need more MC's to flow like this because this what Hip-hop is missing the truth about what is really going on.

Summary: Politically Correct!
Comment: This sh*t is why I listen to Hip-hop.
In the footsteps of Paris, Pro. Griff and Chuck D, Lif explains why our country is so f*cked up right now.
Mad Props to LIF, more rappers need to take part in the Revolution.

Summary: Political Hip Hop At Its Finest
Comment: This is definitely one of the illest tracks I’ve heard from any Def Jux artist. Mr. Lif definitely explains the whole truth of the conspiracy of the government. This is the best political song since “Fight the Power.”

Comment: The lyrics are superb and the beat is really nice (maybe a little annoying). All in all this is yet another mighty fine effort from Lif. Very good.

Summary: Pure Class
Comment: If I could recommend any modern mc to show what hip-hop is all about then I would definitely give them Mr. Lif. on this song he spits political verses which I think come close to the PE of the late 80's early 90's. The production is tight too- I really like it. It flows so well with Lif's lyrics but is a dope instrumental at the same time. In 5 words- a breath of fresh air.

Comment: This is dope. It's hard to do any better than a Mr. Lif political joint. He's pissed off at some things in this country (who isn't?), and he's transformes the anger into an ill track. He breaks down the war in Afghanistan and also the government's covert methods of stripping us of our freedom of speech. The beat, done by Lif himself, is nothing too special but fits the song well. You know the deal. Peep game.

Summary: Lif Don't Fail
Comment: Lif is one of the few emcees that could pull shit like this and make it work. The beat's alright, pretty crazy in some spots. His wordplay's random, still so nice.
