Comment: Nobody in Canada takes Drake seriously. Thats why he had to go get famous by riding the dick of the biggest American rappers. Canada considers him an actor (and not even a good one) He had to leave Canada to get famous because no one up north takes this idiot seriously. He will fall into semi-celebrity obscurity just like K-Federline did. Actors should not rap. Period!

Comment: This shit needs to be disposed of in the trash bin with the rest of the garbage. For example-Kid Cudi, Lil Wayne, Pitbull, and every other piece of garbage playing on mainstream radio. I find it hard to believe that so many people want to listen to this shit and call it hiphop at the same time which it aint!!!

Comment: I watched this shit on TV with this moron and hes a fuckin idiot. So were the idiots interviewing him. Hes 23 and they were askin him about life, and how everyone should view him and a bunch of other bullshit. Ill give his producer 40 some love but this fools a joke. Lil wayne, This fool and all the cats that roll with em should have their own genre of music called shitbox. They are a disgrace to mic's everywhere. Drake if I saw you in public, I would call you a weird lookin homo and slap you open handed in that gay little smile of yours on the sprite billboards. This shit is fuckin horrible...

Comment: Eh...Drake is decent on this. Problem is, dude is too soft. I get the feeling he wants to rip a beat, but he's trying to sound all bubblegummy. The n*gga sounds like he's trying to be all soft pop instead of showing some energy in the flow. Singin' is pretty weak. Beats are pretty good here. If Drake showed some more energy, ripped a beat like J. Cole, he might have something bigger going for him.

Comment: i am very picky when it comes to drake...he'll come hard on one track, then he'll be as pop as ever lol then im shakin my head in frustration..but he does his best to satisfy hip hop and pop..he can be better lyrically if he feels like it,u can hear it, his delivery is in point for the most part...but hes too worried about pop charts...hes tryin to make millions and have hip hoppers respect at the same time...i hope it works out for him..

Comment: Drake is the truth man. This album could have been better as he has released better material leading up to the album. Hopefully he will continue to improve. He seems to take the music seriously but you guys don't realize that he is actually changing the game for the better! I am so tired of many of you being stuck in the 90's or even the early 2000 years. All music must change up before it ends up dead! It is sad that most all new artists are killed on UGHH because many of you are stuck in an era that is LONG GONE. Appreciate that music for what it WAS and appreciate this music for WHAT IT IS!!!! Sheeeeettt...even Soul Train used to hate on hip hop when it was born because it was challenging music for what they "thought" it should be...imagine if they killed hip hop in 1984? hmnnnn......

Comment: A yo LARS, where you at bruh?! Tell these dudes that Drake's music can STILL "move the crowd"! It might not be EVERYBODY's type of crowd, but... If the bitches gettin freaky on the dance floor wit it... shit... I'm liable to go ahead and jump on in... (excuse me, let me slide through there... thank you... Yep!) What's that count on the record sales now?! Cuz that IS, in the end, a reasonable factor... You gotta question the issue to yourself sometimes... On one side it's like, it's a shame Hip-Hop classics like Illmatic and Midnight Marauders didn't sell as much during their first release, but then on the other side... It's like, EXACTLY how many times platinum did Lauryn Hill's "Mis-education" and OutKast's "Speakerboxxx/The Love Below" go?!!! (Correction: Diamond status for 'Kast, 8x for Ms. Hill...) And those two albums were (arguably) EQUAL Hip-Hop classics to the former two, looking at reflection, subject matter, and LYRICISM!!!, so... I don't know... Drake compared to newcomer B.o.B, both MC's styles are kinda similar, but me personally... I like B.o.B better on tracks like "Bet I Bust" feat. T.I. and "Satellite", on delivery and vocals. (The Adventures of Bobby Ray... was #1 album in the country upon first release... UGHH don't sleep on him, just my opinion but I'm sayin... Drake is up on the site... LOL) I'ma sign off, y'all can go ahead and duke that out...

Comment: Yeah, that first link is kinda embarrassing... Funk Flex was hyping him up at first, tryin' to help get him in the zone... Then, after Drake's lazy attempts, Funk Flex started gettin silent REAL quick! LOL The second link was a little better, but there was nothing really clever said. But hey, freestyles don't always equate to classic Hip-Hop songs, but in Drake's case... It's hard to say you are the FUTURE of Hip-Hop if you are spittin like that and then turn around and tell yourself "that shit was hot, son!". Once again, this is a decent album, but if he wants respect lyrically, he's gotta earn it... But speakin' of lyrical... J. Cole! ...who dat! who dat!

Comment: It's worth a listening to... To each, his own opinion as far as buying the album. I'm not a Drake hater, but I find myself having to force myself to listen to a few tracks up here. That shouldn't happen. Drake's got some bangers up here, like "Miss Me", "Fireworks", and "Up All Night". But when all is said and done, his style is simply just too damn SOFT! Everything about him is SOFT! Some MC's can easily pull off bouncing back and forth from spittin lyrics to vocalizing - Phonte, 3000, B.o.B, Janelle Monae - but Drake can't do it without making himself sound like some mark azz n*gga! I will say he appeals to the ladies very well... I'd love to hear "Show Me A Good Time" in the strip club... But a REAL n*gga like me... I'm too damn gutter to be caught listening to songs like "Karaoke" and "Find Your Love". LOL Getdafuckouttaherewitdatbullshit! To all the "strictly underground" headz in the building, don't let this album stray you too far from the mainstream, cuz J. Cole is on his way!!! "...who dat, who dat!"
