SummaryThe second in the skratch library series, this one taking a number of new ideas to their fruition.
Kicksnare instruments: instruments (say, electric guitar) in short burst then long chord format. So like your kicksnare combos of past, but instead of kicksnares it's burst/chord, so you can skratch a nice rhythm guitar.
Instrument combos: Instruments layered alone, then with beats, then just the clean beat, in one rotation.
Solo notes: Every minor third note of the specific instrument (enough to get every note using your tech's pitch fader), for 1/3 or 1/2 rotations, staggered so it doesn't sound wack (ie: C G D# A and not C C# D D# E..)
Kicksnare phrases: Nice little kicksnare areas combined with fx drum rolls and other fun stuff.
Tons of dialogue: Stupid amounts of dialogue, fx and synths, so no we didn't get all acoustic guitar on you. Although there is an acoustic guitar kit.
The record flows through different things so that you don't get bored constantly skratching kicksnares or synths for full tracks (we all know it takes like an hour to skratch your way through a track). The record clocks in at over 800 samples.
