Quest - 'Founder/ CEO'

Quest (aka Adam) is the founder and CEO of UndergroundHipHop.com. The original concept was a hip hop page dedicated strictly to promote himself as a DJ. The page debuted in September 1997 and was entitled "DJ Quest's Slammin' Hip Hop Page" (it received an average of 40 visitors per day - not very good). After surfing the web for months, Quest realized that there was no good source on the Internet to find dope, underground hip hop. Therefore, in February 1998 he began UndergroundHipHop.com. Since then, UndergroundHipHop.com has become the #1 source on the Internet for underground hip hop. The site is currently receiving over 40,000 visitors EVERY DAY and has over 35,000 people on the mailing list (both of these numbers are always on the rise). Jeremy - 'Inventory Manager/ Project Development'

Jeremy works at UGHH full-time and is responsible for updating all new inventory that arrives to our warehouse and adding all new items into our store. He is responsible for all clothing purchases made by the company. He has also taken on graphical needs for UGHH and coming up with future development for the company.

Trees - 'Marketing/ News Manager/ Creative Direction'

Trees works at UGHH full-time where he writes and sends out our weekly newsletter to our thousands of subscribers. He single handedly oversees UGHH's entire audio department and also spends hundreds of overtime hours editing and encoding video for our video section. On top of that, he has taken on the task of creating a vast majority of the websites graphic design needs with his self-taught Photoshop skills. He also heads up our News department and helps moderate our Hip Hop Discussion Board found in the Forums section of our site. Finally, he acts as Marketing Director working on promotions, publications and advertising. When he's not working full time at UGHH you can find Trees secluded in his Jamaica Plain den of sin, sipping gin and Guinness and experimenting with space/time travel.

VanStylez - 'Warehouse Manager/ UGHH VJ'

After being an intern from Emerson University for several months, VanStylez' hard work paid off with him getting him a full-time job here at UndergroundHipHop.com. His main duty's involve processing online store orders and helping keep the warehouse organized, as well as customer service. He also is involved with our Video section where you can catch him doing a good portion of our interviews.

A-Ronious - 'Retail Store Manager/ Inventory Input'

A-Ronious practically works full-time in running the UGHH retail store in Boston, MA. Not only does he help all customers that come into the store, but he also helps with unloading and updating the daily inventory that comes into our warehouse.

While not attending classes at nearby Northeastern University, Dan helps process orders for our online store and maintain order in the warehouse.

"It's The DJ ON&ON!". Besides his constant work as a DJ in the Boston hip hop scene, DJ ON&ON helps us part-time with processing orders. He also is highly involved with our Video section where you can catch him doing a good portion of our interviews.

Stella - 'Mascot'

Stella The English Bulldog joined the UGHH staff when she was just 9 weeks old - our youngest employee ever! She basically sleeps, eats, poops and plays all day and helps the UGHH staff pic up hot chicks at nearby Northeastern University. Without question, she has the best "job" at UGHH!

Food Stamp - 'Welfare Radio DJ/ Monthly Sampler DJ'

Food Stamp posts up a monthly radio show on our site under Audio > Radio, as well as creating our monthly sampler Mix CD's and special giveaway mix CD's. He's been volunteering with the website since 1999 - now that's dedication!

Lolly attends Boston University and is currently studying Journalism & Hispanic Language/Literature. When not spending her free time in UGHH's break room writing news stories, you can find her on Newbury street or promoting activism on her school's campus.
