| Percee P Still Percevering | 6/1/05 |
| | By: Food Stamp Although Percee P and Madlib have been on the collab tip since 2003, working on Percee's highly talked about Perceverence album, progress has been slow…until now. As of late the duo has been hard at work and are trying to make this joint a one of creative success. Percee, who's been around for a minute and known for his influence on some of today's illest rhyme-penners and freestylers, is putting some of those relationships on wax for this Stones Throw Records's release. Enlisting the talents of Diamond D, Prince Po, J5's Chali 2na, and Jukie Aesop Rock, Percee is promising a record as hitting as his fast raps. Keep your ears to the concrete for his new single, "Put It On The Line," due out this summer. In other Stones Throw news, watch out for the Quasimoto Further instrumentals and a new EP, which will also jump at some point this summer. | | | | Subscribe RSS |

| Not Your Common Kicks | 6/1/05 |
| | By: Food Stamp When you think of Common Sense the image of his own sneakers are definitely not conjured up. Following in the footsteps of a myriad of artist, Com is working with the Kirspy Klean design team for a limited edition series of Nike Dunks. With only 100 to hit the market it's no wonder that the kicks will run a sweet $350. Although Common has released a series of hats with Soji it seems that he's far from dropping, well, his own energy or sports drink. Make sure to check for the Chi-Town emcee's new LP Be in stores now and available here at UGHH.com. | | | | Subscribe RSS |
