Comment: Hit or miss like most Royce's albums. The Premo song and the Alchemist song are solid. I also think the song Legendary goes pretty hard with its rock-n-roll influenced beat (good song to work out to). The rest is just some throwaway songs, especially songs produced by Street Runner and, unfortunately, Nottz. I don't think Royce has the best ear for beats (outside of Premo). My Own Planet is arguably one of his worst songs.

Comment: Only virgins listen to this corny homo rapper. Listen to some real raw underground hip hop like Necro, Canibus, Jedi Mind Tricks or Diabolic.

Comment: This is a another shitty Pop Rap album with Pre-Schooler lyrics. Step your lyrical game up Royce, and stop thinking your lyrics are clever when there not, there just childish at times.

Comment: Fake BITCH. Royce clearly wants to celebrate selling out on this album, so he can eat a dick with his bum buddy Eminem.

Comment: @The Muthaphuckin' Man I'ont even dig Nottz like that either personally but the homie Tyrant gon' dig who he digs so I can't fault 'em for that. In my case if it aint ALC, 9th, PR, Primo, Staik Selektah, Von Pea, Khrysis, or Rashid Hadee I can't fuck with it. But I felt like the homeboi Tyrant definitely needed a quick learnin' on why Primo is considered one of the greatest! This album by Royce wasn't a great example or testimony to Premier's skills on the 1's and 2's nevertheless that mafucka can still make some bangin' ass beats! J.U.-ICE

Comment: @Tyrant from Macedonia let me explain why a lot of peoplem dig (or better yet why I dig Primo). You have to take in consideration of time or "the times". Back in the day (lol, never thought I'd be sounding like an old man) but back in the day DJ Premier was a beast on the beats just like you think Nottz is now. I don't expect a younger person or a person who doesnt' know the extent of Primo's catalog of beats to comprehend that. Yeah his latest beats on albums are not as top notch as they use to be. But listen to MASS APPEAL, EX GIRL TO THE NEXT, SOLILOQUOY OF CHAOS, STEP IN THE ARENA, CHECK THE TECHNIQUE just to name a few and you could probably see why people dig the architect and the claasic gems he laid down for hip-hop alongside Guru. I know you dig Nottz just like I dig THE ALCHEMIST, 9TH WONDER, LARGE PROFESSOR, Q-TIP, ERICK SERMON, AYATOLLAH, DJ HI-TEK, JAY-DEE (DILLA), OH-NO, MADLIB, MF DOOM, and PETE ROCK. But it's just the sign of the times homie...some of the older dudes I mentioned have a different sound compared to some of the newer cats coming out...but they still gon' get that legendary status for what they did and contributed to as far as hip-hop music and the culture. Be easy! J.U.-ICE

Comment: This album is listenable at most not much effort in any of this. Off point but one thing I've noticed on ughh is that you people love premo, while true he is a legend, second place is not that good. Nottz beat was way better.

Comment: Royce sucks. Why can't he just stop rappin'? He picks bad beats and his style is old. He is a fake azz LL Cool J wannabe from the "D". The only producer that can do anything for him is Preemo.

Comment: Don't understand where all that Drake talk came from or why it's even mentioned? But I gotta keep it 100 and say that over the last few years I haven't really been impressed with anything Royce puts out. I got a good ear for dope ass music when it comes to lyrics and especially beats and I gotta say that this album was lacking like fuck in the beat department and a little in the lyrics too. I know Premier works with Royce most of the time but that shit didn't help this album at all. I respect homeboi's craft and hustle but not at his attempt to put out some shit that was mediocre and half ass...only 11 tracks too homeboi? Only n*gga that could and has ever pulled that shit off with 10 tracks that was dope was Nas when he dropped Illmatic. Might be time to hang up the mic cord homie!

Comment: Good lyrics on some tracks, but cocky and depressing on others. In my opinion this cd is 75% Drake-like, 25% great. The only tracks that got my vote were ER and the Premo track, two tracks...two stars

Comment: Another amazing piece of work by one of the greatest MCs to ever do it. Some people might not get the complexity of Royce's metaphors and the different flows on how he rides the beat, but I definitely do and I definitely appreciate it. BUY IT!

Comment: Just kidding about Drake (obviously he sucks ass, and I co-sign everything the FL cat said). Royce is a beast, but Black Milk is an overrated Dilla clone, and Elzhi can spit but half his releases are garbage.

Comment: M-Icarus, I agree with you 100%, no fuckin ELZHI or BLACK MILK? But Travis Barker & Eminem? You just did a collabo album with Em. Hopefully there really is a Royce & Elzhi collabo album in the works, cause Elzhi needs some shine, he is the most underrated MC to pick up the MIC.
