Comment: This was a classic to me. Incredible production and good chemistry between the two. Of course, it wasn't as deep lyrically as either of their solo work, but the point was to be a fun, hardcore record and in that agenda they were more than successful.

Comment: This was dope but did not have near the impact our direction of R.A.P music!! But that was not the goal for this album. Good ish.

Comment: Now that I have this cd and gave it a fair listen, I am giving this a 4 star rating plus one more for the ignorant 1 star given below. I know you are entitled to your opinion but a 1 star for this project is a little far fetched.

Comment: Perfection. El-p has never touched a bad project. Killer Mike destroyed this album. Outkast is classic. If you disagree, I just feel sorry for you.

Comment: A lot of interesting comments on this vine here. First off, El producto is an all around dope producer/emcee ever since funcrusher. With a list of projects he has released, you cannot go wrong with an EL-P release. RAD, great post. Didn't know that about A-Trak. Secondly, I do agree with Bob's assessment on the Kool Keith/Outkast reference but who cares really? Outkast is one of the greatest duo's to date. I believe "Aquemini" was the last respected album to receive 5 stars from the "Source" magazine when in my opinion the "Source" was a liable source (no pun intended). However, in my opinion, the Prophetix are one of the best to come out of Atlanta. If you dont know, now you know. Just peep "High Risk". Lastly, for the "yorFatherWhoDisownedYou", what are you babbling about honestly? What kind of mindless rhetoric are you trying to convey to the masses on this vine? I could not understand one thing you were trying to project and I tried. Why is EL-P a waste? What have you done that compares to his catalog of material, industry, and label knowledge? I am no dick rider of any sort but I do appreciate great music and in my own opinion, I do not think he has done one bad piece of work. "Fantastic Damage" and the work contributed to the "Cold Vein" alone is enough period. Other than that, great posts people!!

Wut a fucking pussy. Hope everyone involved here gets shot soon except for that black honey in the video....gotta save hope for a bitch that fine.

Comment: lush and aggressive without losing its b boy elements and spirit of early 80's street gangs, a certified top 3, 5, lowest 10 albums by year end

Comment: Speaking of A-trak , I haven't seen him or heard anything from him since he was a youngster battling. Its funny to see how much older he looks now. Anyway , ill have to check out this fools gold site.. Thanks for the info. I'll still purchase this album if I see it. I haven't purchased much because everything lately has been a let down to me. My personal advice is to just stick to instrumental hiphop, Then you don't have to worry about lyrics being dumb..

Comment: Nice to see that Martin actually admits to giving 2 shits about the album. You do realize you meant to say you "couldn't" give 2 shits, right? Gangsta-talk fallacy lol so many kids are victims of this...

Comment: if it werent for A-Trak (once the youngest DMC World Champ at 15yro in 1997 now 31, true turntablist and part of Allies crew and I hate to say kanYe's dj for a tour...wtf) who is one half of the founder of Fools Gold you wouldnt have this release. A-trak def knows how to run a label with the likes of El-Producto contributing to the roster of artists under Fools Gold. HAHA El-P still "INDEPENDENT AS FUCK!!!" dont forget independent should always mean self-sufficient, and Fools Gold is just that.

Comment: Why are you bitchin' about OutKast. They're the greatest hip hop duo of all time. ATLiens, Southernplayalisticadillakmuzik and Stankonia are dope. Aquemini is untouchable. Big Boi is one of the illest MC's out there. Open your ears.
