Comment: The epitome of raw beats and rhymes, easily one of the best all around hip hop albums I've heard in years. Honestly not a weak track the whole way through, the production is beyond amazing and the collection of MC's makes for a great mix of different styles. Throw in the bonus tracks and this is one of the most complete hip hop albums I've ever heard.

Comment: yo, germany's known for their fine technologies. the snowgoons are no exception from this rule, they come with porsches, bmw's and benzes in the form of beatz to crash the commercial wack average hip hop... i like this album, it's one of my favorites in 2008. best songs: starlight, raining, hatred. cop that! oh yeah, and go check out their myspace site and the new blog they posted. seems like they got a lot of shit up their sleeves for 09....can't wait. true hip hop!

Comment: This album has to be one of the best albums of the year!!!! From hungry MC's from the around the world spittin raw lyrics to the hype & bangin beats from SnowGoons. This album got something for everyone.... it reminds me of Dame Grease's production for DMX, on "Stop Being Greedy".... mad hype! Songs to check out.... ill Bill and Apathy do an ill collabo on "Black Snow" ...."We make the sky bleed black snow!!!!" "Hold up" where R.A. the Rugged Man gets real grizzly on the track... "Who?" by Outerspace, "This is where the Fun Stops" (Check out the video) and "Raining" by Special Teamz (Boston's own)... anyone who thinks Hip Hop is dead needs to listen to these Goons... Cuz I can't get enuff!!!!

Comment: Solid compilation featuring nearly 50 cats contributing. From Germany to Boston to Philly to LA-you can feel the hunger through the European Union/Philharmonic orchestrated-filled production- and this probably will sell a lot of records. The 1st half of the album is like "workout music"-really gets you amped up-like "Yo-we coming thru!" Because there's 21 songs, I listened to the first 7 three times, then the next 7, then the last 7 trax-all 3 times in a row to get a solid feel. Got to admit-I was wore out by the end-but it's all good. Really liked Viro the Virus on "Starlight"; Soulful production on #12-"Ride on"; "Still Waters run Deep"-is nice. Personal favorite: "Serve Justice"-(Killah Priest is a lyrical killing machine for sure-might have to cop his latest solo project.) If you like real energetic production this is definitely the CD for you-so check it out!

Comment: yea album is dope. Agree with SM, 'raining' is my favorite track. the beat is crazy. I really like 'Starlight' with Viro too, he does well on the beat and says some good shit. Anyone heard the 'unofficial' bonus disc, or the other 10 tracks not on the album (much like they did with German Lugers) there are some dope tracks on there.

Comment: This album is honestly pretty damn good. Of course the emphasis of this rating is going to the production because obviously Snowgoons is the artist here and they make the beats. I think it's funny because the FIRST and LAST tracks are by far the best beats on the album. It's like they wanted to go in strong and come out just as strong. Some of the cats on this review board are acting like these are the best beats they ever heard. I definitely wouldn't go that far...
