Item Summary
Both J Rawls and John Robinson have combined forces for their group Jay ARE. Together they made a project in ode to jazz music and the culture during that time period. Their album "The 1960's Jazz Revolution Again…" not only meshes both jazz and hip hop together but carries the spirit of the times, as socio-political unrest also inspired some of the best music that is still cherished today.

Comment: Rawls has been a beast with the beats for years and John Robinson is one of the most overlooked MC's. Beats flow like water and laided back jazzy feel. One of this years best...period

Comment: Legitimately this is pure fire and quite concious. They... you know they right... won't feel it if some chick or some homo-thug isn't spilling drinks on them in the club. This here... this AIN'T that. Lil' Sci is the truth. I am very impressed with his style and he blesses the mic.. takes his time. He doesn't over jack it like a flacid dick. That is what is wrong with HipHop today is that people forgot they were supposed to be talking about something. Shit is supposed to be poetry. I have had this in my changer since it came out and I will let it rock on a day when things really couldn't any better. Who am I to judge???? Yeahthatsright...
