Reef's flow is always on point but with production and beats like this I can't find one song that stands out... disappointed to say the least. |

Do your homework cause that record is a young, hungry Reef on FIRE. Only issue are most of the collabs and not just on Fight Music either...smh Hard to get through but Fight Music overall DOPE |

"Cut U Up" is a fuckin BANGER!!! It's this GRIMY sound all this album that I miss, and hip hop has been missing for years now. Everything sounds the same now, whether underground or commercial. Tight album! |

It cracks me up how much me reminds me of Tracy Morgan though! haha He is like the hip hop version of Tracy Morgan. Voice sounds so similar and he even looks like him too. haha Keep doin your thing Reef you are a freakin animal on beats! Buy this joint!!! |

Name: Tim (Posted: 6/26/2010 6:20:00 PM; Partial IP: 65.166.199) Location: RI Comment: Reef can drop poetic lyrics or he can drop brutal rhymes with just as much effectiveness, but Fight Music is exactly what the name says. Punishing lyrics over absolutely knocking beats, GnB really hit a homerun here. Honestly there's only 1 skippable track IMO that being "Sun" which I just felt out of place with the rest of the album. Overall though I'd say it's an early contender for album of the year, the production, lyrics, and guest spots are all on point and deliver on what the title claims. |

Vicious Cycle was a pretty bad album for Reef in my opinion. It might not have been Reef himself, but the production makes most of that album boring. The samples are whack, flipped poorly, and overused. I bought that album and I wish I didn't. |
