Item Summary
Canibus has been credited with being one of the best lyrical freestyle rappers and has few equals when it comes to spitting off the dome. From his first album "Can-I-Bus", Canibus followed up releasing "2000 B.C." and "C True Hollywood Stories" which topped the Billboard 200 chart at #34 and #97 in 2001. And after appearing in the hit series BEEF in 2004 that features his beef with LL Cool J, Canibus remained staying in the mainstreams rearview. Releasing 10 full length albums (Including last years successful "Melatonin Magik") with aggregate sales of 432,000, Canibus has placed himself as a cornerstone of the underground.

Keith Murray, a legend in his own right, broke into the game nearly 20 years ago and has continued to be a mainstay since. After releasing his debut album in 1994 (which was awarded 4 mics by The Source), Murray joined Erick Sermon and Redman as a member for The Def Squad, best known for their cover of Sugarhill Gang's "Rappers Delight". After his release from Def Jam Records, Murray released two successful independent records with Koch Records (now eOne).

Coming together several years ago, these titans of the underground formed "The Undergods" and released an EP on iTunes with the intent on it being a one off side project. But after receiving acclaim from both critics and the fans, Canibus and Murray returned to the studio to turn what was initially a side project, into a full fledged album. The result is 18 tracks of pure fire featuring Tech N9ne, Crooked I, Erick Sermon, Planet Asia & Jake One. With this self titled LP, The Undergods look to fulfill their motto – "In Gods We Trust, Crush Microphones To Dust".

Comment: Lyrical Law is such a good album that the only thing people are criticizing is the album cover!GTFOOH!! Really ? The album cover ? Since when does an album cover make the music bad? People will look for just the tiniest excuse to hate on Bis,I mean look at all the haters that reply to any posting on the net about him.If he sucks so bad what are you doing here?.EMINEM sucks balls and I never go to his shitty reputation management optimized sites and talk about him, just a bunch of whiners and losers do that shit.

Comment: The reason people dont like this and say it sucks is because this type of music tells you that you are uneducated and a piece of shit if you dont better yourself as a human being ,the truth hurts and nobody wants to listen to the truth ,they want to listen to someone who is ignorant to the truth like them because IGNORANCE IS BLISS! Ignorance is not BIS!

I'm a big Bis fan, but kinda still waiting for Bis to just crush sh*t!!! They need a do-over with better production for real...

Comment: $hit SUX!!! Bad. This album isn't even mediocre. Not only is this album not mediocre but it sucks simultaneously. These two were were never two dope rappers. EVER. Got that? It is HYPE, and Chuck D already said not to believe it... I never did... never will. THIS is what you expected?????? $hit is exactly how I said. Nice underground sound (mockingly). This album is a mockery of HipHop and the bandwagon was still rollin when these clowns fell off it. They cannot be happy with this effort. I'm utterly unimpressed. Firstly, if the beats honestly don't BANG... which they do not, I find it hard to pay attention to hwat you're talking about. I dig both beats and lyrics but am a fan of words before tracks. But if I get over the beat too quickly then I hate it automatically.

Comment: This album is exactly what I expected from two dope emcees. The beats are dope and match the lyrics. If someone doesn't like this they're not hip hop and they're also close minded. I think it's a great summer album and will be plenty of ammo for hip hop kids to use to counteract their friends wack sh!t.

Comment: album is okay, I mean all the canibus rhymes are banger but I just cant take keith serious on this album. its just too much hyping up the track on murry's part, once again compared to his first 2 albums these rhymes are straight garbage and canibus is just too lyrical for this cat no matter what canibus spits/change a rack of beats on this one and get rid of this cat keith blurry trying so so hard to be on some real shit

Comment: Puttin out wack shit for years ?? GTFO, people who don't give Canibus his props are very narrow minded. If you listen to albums like C for Tranquility or Melatonin Magik. Thats some of the most real music you can get your hands on nowadayz. If you simply don't understand Canibus or can't stand his voice you need to gtfo rightnow and learn more about hip hop music.

Comment: Guess this album is worse than something Lil' Wayne could cough up. How can you say Canibus is horrible? He's held his own in appearances with Pharoahe Monch, Kool G Rap & Rakim. Can-I-Bus is a classic album. His rhymes may be a little too complex for your feeble mind to comprehend and it may take you a few listens to grasp what he is fully saying.

Comment: This album is WACK!!!!!!! So was the ep in 09'!! Both of these guys have been putting out wack shit for years!!! Keith Murrays ONLY success was "The most beautifullest" and then "Enigma".. After that, straight wackness!! As for Can-i-bus?? Ummm NO, you can't!!! Not since 1996 you alien headed freak!! Canibus is horrible and his rhymes are a joke!

Comment: The "Underdogs" album.... maybe, I say maybe... 3 stars. I hope this one will be at least decent. Ok, I admit that Keith is a legend in hip hop, Canibus the same... but sometimes you got to refresh your style in a renewed way, not using the same beats as always...

Comment: ...a whole bunch of P-funk west wing business comin' on. For whatever reason while "The most beautifullest thing is this world" was mediocre at best... listenable but not FIRE, nor was anything I can truly recall Canibus having dropped. Neither of these 2 sent me into an enviable state of head nod... last year's C-bus release got a single rotation and then I quite simply misplaced it as hard as I could into the trash... under the banana peels... and apple skins, and dirty diapers. It stunk, like your mom after a long Friday night on the stroll. It is pure hyperbole. If I am wrong I will issue a public apology on local access cable TV ... If I am right well then I will ... be right... which I am.

Comment: This album has been on bootleg for nearly a year or more. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The beats are wack and the songs are lame....sheeeeet, THE ARTWORK IS WACK! Don't believe the hype because of the pairing of these two MC's! You will be pissed if you buy this album. Canibus fans may like it however. I personally think Canibus has been wack at making songs, but if you like his crummy music, then you probably have bad taste in music and would love this album. Keith Murray fans...STAY AWAY...it aint pretty!
