Comment: Well Black and White will always be an issue. Black people are conditioned to hate each other by the oppression that surrounds them. But we all don't hate each other as much as we hate our oppressor.

Comment: All of this racial stuff is out of control. On the real, why does it matter who showed up to the shows, it doesn't matter if the white population wants to see a black rapper perform. The tickets sell either way, get yours and thats all you can do. Blame yourselves.

Comment: Well black people can't afford this shit before the bad economy and now. Its promoted to whity any way. This is Black folks music but they want to to turn it into woodstock. Black hip hop artist have to start directing the music to the people where they at." ^ EXACTLY my brother. 99% WERE black at shows back in the days. Late 70's and early 80's. Where were you at back then? By black I am also talking about afro caribbean latinos. Same thing. So dont get it twisted.

Comment: The show was overall great. I dont know what your talking bout this whole black people have moved on. I'm black and i'm still on the hip hop scene HEAVY!! The crowd was definitely diverse with people from all backgrounds. What that says is that hip hop is still alive and it touches all areas of the world. And back in the day 99% of the people at the show were black is a bogus statement. Open your eyes man and realize the growth of HIP HOP over the years. I havent moved on I'M STILL HERE!!!

Comment: Obviously everybody posting on here is in denial about the number of black people in attendance. Back in the day (I was there) shows were easily 99% black. Now we are lucky if are even make up 10% at a show. NOT including the performers up on stage. People of color HAVE moved on. This is a FACT. 1 or 2 black people for every 10 whites is NOT diversity. Sorry to inform you about that. On the other hand I do not think the performers up on stage really care though. As long as somebody is still buying the tickets. But the truth is most black people have simply moved on.

Comment: I was there as well - and one thing I noticed was how diverse the crowd was. I could tell I wasn't in Boston, that's for sure. LOL! I also noticed that while the venue was absolutely gorgeous with the ocean backdrop - the fact you couldn't drink was a major suck. But easily one of the best shows I've EVER seen in all my years of supporting hip hop shows. We're lucky to have witnessed it live.

Comment: Concert was sick- every act. Boss, did you ever think that maybe you saw a lot of white people there because you were in Long Island and that you were prob sitting in the $100+ seats. I was surrounded by a mixed crowd and everyone went crazy the entire time. Stay in the DR.

Comment: "OH MY GOD" That phrase single handedly describes the crowd that night. Very white. Very pale. Very Caucasian. I guess people of color no longer really care anymore.
